Gift vouchers, gift cards or products purchased on the platform can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Thus, the return form can be sent within 14 days of the date of purchase. All the products you return must be in the same condition as you have them, undamaged, unopened and sealed. Otherwise, reimbursement will not be approved.

Service appointments or last minute offers purchased through are not refundable and are subject to the specific terms and conditions posted on the site.

How do you return the products or services you sell on
    Complete the return form, making sure the product or service you want to return fulfills the return conditions
    Select one of the return options from the form: exchange with a different product / service or refund the amount of money paid on purchase
    After your return request, if it's a product, we'll ask you to return it to one of Eden Spa's locations.
    If you have opted to repay the amount paid on purchase and the product you returned fulfills the return conditions, we will return your money to the account you specified on your return form or cash at one of the Eden Spa receptions. The money will be visible in your account within 14 calendar days of the refund request, provided that the product (if it is a product) has already been returned to one of our locations.
